Adopt a Road -

Book Club - we meet the 2nd Monday of the month

Bridge - We meet on the 4th Wednesday of each month, starting at 12:30 p.m.

Bunco - If you have never played before, we can teach you.  Hope lots of you can join us!! Bunco is held on the 4th Tuesday of every month at 1 PM. in member's homes.  Our main purpose is to have FUN!

Canasta - First Wednesday of the month. New people are always welcome!

Coffee - First Thursdays 10 AM at Panera's Bread (Dobbins Road - Walmart Shopping Center). Hope to see you there!

Dominoes - Dominoes is a very easy game to play and we would like to see more new faces joining us!

Happy Hour

Happy hour will be held on Wednesday, February 24 at On the Border near 
Costco (8230 Gateway Overlook Dr., Elkridge, MD, 21075; 410-312-1490) 
from 5-7 PM.  Most appetizers are half-off during happy hour and there are beer and margarita specials.  Call (410-964-2910) or email (athena@dalrymple.net) Athena if you want to come so we know how many 
seats to try to save.

Lunch Bunch - Lunch Bunch will usually meet on the 2ND TUESDAY oF the month 

Mah Jongg - meets weekly at members' homes on Tuesdays year round

Please note time change.  We are going to try something new this month.  We are planning on meeting for an early movie and then we will be having lunch at Nordstrom Cafe after the movie.  The movies usually start around 10:00- 10:30AM.  Please call me so I know if you will be joining us.  

Stitch & Such - If anyone is interested in learning to knit or crochet we will be happy to teach you.  We meet on the fourth Thursday afternoon of each month at 1:30 p.m. in each other's homes.  We bring our knitting, needlework, sewing, etc. and enjoy good company and refreshments. We welcome new people to the group.

Tennis                        

All tennis players are invited to walk with us in the mall on Fridays-9.15am. It is fun walk.
We will start tennis in the spring - 2008 right after Easter.  Meanwhile, I suggest that you keep up with your own exercise routine, walking, jogging, lifting weights (with a professional's advice). For more information, please call Shantha Chandra at 410-531-1089.


Walking - Walking Indoors   

            Fridays   Linda Stright                                  We are walking in the Columbia Mall on Fridays now, as the weather has turned cooler.  We meet at 9:15 am on Fridays in the food court.   Please call or email Linda so she knows who to expect.  If she doesn’t hear from anyone, she doesn’t go.
